Keep your pelvic floor muscles strong with this Kegel exerciser. It's ideal for re-activating lazy pelvic floor muscles whilst also toning hips, thighs and bum. The exerciser uses a gentle 'open and close' squeezing action. The intensity can be varied with sliding resistance.
